SENIOR COACH - FRANK DUNELL 

The Committee is delighted to have reappointed Frank Dunell as Senior Coach for 2013.  Frank arrived at the Club last year and had immediate success with the playing group, only to fall just short of promotion with a loss in the Preliminary Final.  2013 provides a great opportunity for the Club to deliver on our objectives of climbing the grades of the VAFA competition as we look toward the prospects of healthy rivalries against other old school APS sides.  For more information on Frank's background, click HERE.

SENIOR ASSISTANT COACH - MARCUS HASTINGS

Marcus joins the OGFC in season 2012 in the key role of Playing Senior Assistant Coach.  Marcus has recently played with Old Scotch (VAFA A Section) and Jerilderie (Picola & District Football League).  Beinig a teacher, he has strong communication skills and is eager to learn the trade of coaching under the tutorship of Frank Dunell.  Marcus has recently become a father to Oliver with his partner Josie.  In sesaon 2013, he will play the Senior Assistant Coaching role from the sidelines following his retirement at the end of last year.

ASSISTANT COACH - MICHAEL HOLLAND

Dutchy is back on board the OGs in 2013 and will provide all coaches with the desired support through the 2013 season.  Dutchy has already shown great initiative at training and we look forward to his coaching development continuing to progress under the guidance of Frank Dunell.

FITNESS COACH - TOM DAVIDSON

Tom takes over this role from Peter Power who reinvented the OGS pre-season in 2012 by bringing in variety with his strenth training, muscular endurance and aerobic conditioning.  Tommy is known to many connections of the OGS and is a quality person with a signifcant amount of experience that will provide the necessary support the players need to prepare themselves for this year.  Information on Tommy's background can be found by CLICKING HERE.

RESERVES COACH - CHRIS RUBICK

Chris Rubick has been reappointed as the coach of the Old Geelong 2nd XVIII for a fourth season.  2010 was Chris's first year at the Club having previously coached reserve grade football at Whitefriars in 2004 (A Section) and 2005 (B Section).  He holds a masters in Organisational Psychology and as a result did some sports psych work with the Whitefriars also.  With the disappointment of falling just shy of a Reserves premiership in 2011, Chrisso is determined to take the side to back-to-back premierships in season 2013.

UNDER 19 COACHES - STEVE LANSDELL & DANNY O'BRIEN

Following the premiership success our Under 19's acheived last year under a dual-coaching structure, the Old Geelong FC have decided to continue along the same lines in 2013.  Danny O'Brien will continue is his role, with his new co-coach being Steve Lansdell.
