The Pivot Club is the major coterie group of the Old Geelong Football Club. Comprising past players, friends and family, the Pivots are a vital and active supporting entity of the OGs. The lunches put on for and by the Pivot Club are legendary. The speakers are often a highlight and have included John Landy, James Sutherland, Gideon Haigh, Kevin Sheedy, Terry Daniher, John Harmes, Mark Neeld, Anthony Ingersen, James McDonald, Frank Costa, Paul Sheahan, Brad Hodge, John Hastins, Jon Anderson, Tom Hawkins, Peta Searle, Greg Davies, Lily Mithen, Hugh Seward, Bill Brownless, Neil Roberts and of course the semi-regular duet from Russell “Barrell” Parkinson and Dale "Big in Asia" Fraser.
